Rowing where have you been all my life?….
Just a short recap and talk about where im going.
Highlights Timeline : (So you row garry ….what have you done?!?!)
2015
• Collective Board to collect times rowing on the Concept 2 (See image)

2016
• Started plan to build up to a marathon row 42,195 meters (https://www.concept2.com/indoor-rowers/training/rowing-for-specific-goals/marathon-rowing)
• Attempted 1st marathon and Failed November 23rd 2016
• 1st marathon completed December 22nd 2016
2017
• First competition “2017 Atlanta Erg Sprints” – New PB in 2000m (http://www.atlantaergsprints.com/)
• 1st time I rowed a 1 million meters rowed. (https://www.concept2.com/indoor-rowers/motivation/million-meter-club)
• Rowing a Million meters in 1 season from May to April.
• Started the Million meters club teaming up Concept 2 and Vitality at work, MTSI.

• Paid to train with an Instructor in L.A. who was a past Olympian rower.
2018
• Second competition “2018 Atlanta Erg Sprints” – New PB in 2000m, New PB in 500m open.
• I bought an erg from the Atl Erg sprint races!
• First Concept 2 sponsored Challenge February “Valentine Challenge”
• Took a course to become a rowing instructor with UCanRow2/Concept2
• Concept 2 sponsored Challenge August “Dog Days Challenge”
• Concept 2 sponsored Challenge September “Fall Team Challenge”
• Completed 1 Half Marathon
• Concept 2 sponsored Challenge October “Skeleton Crew Challenge”
• Turned in video application to further my Rowing instructor application.
• Organized and completed 1st Family Marathon on Thanksgiving Break.
• Concept 2 sponsored Challenge November-December “Holiday Challenge”
• Defined Training plan July till the 2019 Atl Erg Sprints
2019
• Collective Board at home gym to collect times rowing on the Concept 2 (See image)
• Hit 3.3 million lifetime meters
• Third competition Feb 16 “2019 Atlanta Erg Sprints”
• Concept 2 sponsored Challenge February “Valentine Challenge”
• Concept 2 sponsored Challenge March “Mud Season Madness Challenge”

What’s next? Maybe teach rowing classes. Definitely row 1 million meters every season from now on!
